Letters to Rachel Reeves, Tim Bowler and Jean-Paul Marks. These letters challenge the independence of the review led by Ray McCann. Particularly interesting is that FOI’s have shown senior civil servants discussed the lack of independence, but carried on to appoint McCann anyway.
